Hey everyone, Can you recommend a good cream to use to help lighten scar marks from surgery and stretch marks from being overweight? Thanks!!

There is a new citrical gummies that tastes great. Go on their website, I found mine at walgreens. They also make one a days gummies for adult health now. Don't meet all my multi requirements, but more than childrens and better than nothing because I can't stand the chewables. I got mine at walgreens, but I also found them at target. Read the instructions though, 2 gummies is 1 serving

Hi everyone. I was banded on the 5th and getting better every day. I weaned off the codeine and am on Tylenol only today and feel ok. Surgery went well at Stanford, besides being 2 hours late, once I went in, I was out by 3.5 hours later and in the car on the way home. I'm getting sick of liquids and have no interest in eating. Gas pains in my neck are killer in the morning and evenings. Overall doing well. Good luck to everyone coming up soon!

Hey everyone. Updating frOm bed. My surgery went well. It was late but I went it at 11:45 and was home in my bed by 4. Pretty awesome. I gas pains are the worst and the pain meds don't help it. Hurts to take deep breaths. I am a sissy for pain though, so dOnt mind me! Other than the ling wait, everything went well. Remember them moving me to the or bed and then nothing until waking up in recovery. Hopful the pains will subside soon. Good luck to anyOne going in tomorrow. If I cab do it, anyone can! Anyone else have insane burning post op?

Hey July banders, I have been following this blog for a while, getting great tips during my pre-op phase. I'm a bit shy to post, but I am so anxious about my surgery TOMORROW I figured I had nothing to lose!! July 5th. It all happened so fast. I had been going through the pre-referral process for months and I thought it was in my distant future. Then, I got my insurance approval, my dr called, and the surgery was scheduled 2.5 weeks out which meant pre- op in a few days. Now I'm on my last day, clear liquids only and am not looking forward to it. As much as I despise my protein shakes, they take the hunger pains. I weighed 261 2 weeks ago and when I weighed myself this morning, I am 245. Not bad!!! I'll be in surgery tomorrow at 9:45. I am so scared! I don't do well with pain. My hubby will be there waitingfor me! Good luck to all other future banders, ESP July 5th twins!
