Yes, I was going to go through this company next year because i needed time to save up money. When i went on their facebook page yesterday i saw that they were hosting a contest and giving away a free gastric sleeve. Can you tell me from your point of view why you wouldn't go through with it? -

I recently enrolled in healthcare benefits for 2017 at my job and they do not cover bariatric surgery. Dr. Maytorena from Long Term VSG is hosting a contest for a giveaway of a free gastric sleeve procedure. We were asked to make a video stating why we needed the procedure and why we thought Dr. Maytorena would be a good doctor. DO NOT TWEEZE! your making everything worse. Shave instead of tweezing. I've had lazer removal and saw a big difference. I would of continued but It's not cheap and I wasn't working at the time. I haven't had WLS yet but the lady that did lazer removal told me tweezing is the worse thing someone can do to remove their chin hair.

Okay I feel better now...I didn't see the post below and I have been worrying sick about you! There is a self pay surgeon by me that even does the "scarless vsg". I think his pricess range from like 10,000-14,000. That includes blis, 1 year post op, hospital, surgeon, anestesia, etc. I know that is a LOT more than Mexico but it is in the US. Good luck on your search.

Thank you guys but I didn't get to have my procedure. Long story short my family wouldn't allow it. I have to start looking for self pay in the U.S. Looking to get sleeved hopefully by next month. Good Luck on your surgeries though.
