Thanks guys! I am guilty of not doing any of the above!
I don't drink my Protein shakes as needed. By the time I remember it's either lunch time or dinner time and then I chose to eat solids.
My Iron is low and I forget my Vitamins at times. I started walking at night 3 times a week and we go hiking on the weekends. I don't eat much and not really eating bad things. I only eat maybe once a day and find myself eating dinner because everyone else is eating too!
My frustration is that I was able to lose 15 lbs before the surgery - I was on the opti fast diet of 800 calories a day! but then after surgery, if you really add it up I've only lost 15 lbs! total of 30lbs and in 4 months it will be a year since my surgery.
Maybe if I follow someone else daily eating plan it would be easier for me to stay on track? I just dont know anyone else who has done this procedure and no support groups around for me to attend?
