My name is Tiffany! I'm 30 years, I have been married for almost 13 years. To my high school sweet heart. We have 4 boys. They are 11, 10, 7, and 5. My weight started being a problem when I got pregnant with our oldest son. I had trouble getting off the weight then I would get pregnant again. I finally had enough and started doing research about the lap band. I went to my PCM and talked to him about it. He said he would put in a referral. I was denied at first insurance said I was not a 100 pounds of weight or had any other health problems. I was a 100 pounds over my ideal weight. So the doctor put another referral in and had some lap work done. In the mean time insurance approved me. I went to the seminar in January and that is the first part of getting into the program. I was able to get everything done in January and February. I actually had my surgery on my 2nd son's birthday. I am doing great and enjoying my new life.
