YES ... i still have this problem 6 months out ... nothing taste the same anymore... I just look at it this way- Food is Fuel for my body and so I eat what I need to keep it running properly. Don't get me wrong I do treat myself every now and then to foods that really taste good- I like to think of this as Premuim Fuel and I don't do it all the time just because Premuim usually comes at a higher price JUST LIKE GAS ... The higher priced Premuim usually equal to weight gain or more time at the gym... either way- I HATE THE COST... #STICKING2REG(most day LOL!!! )

Today is my 5 month surgeriversary!!!!! Yay!!!! Ok, so i'm 5 months out and yes i've had some bumps in the road (Thank You to everyone who was there for me during those very tough moments - Diva's Boot Camp Basic really help me get back on track) I'm feeling better than ever now and really looking forward to my 6 months surgeriversary when I'll be updating you again... I've lost 74.4 pounds and here are my pics ... ( in just 5 months still can't believe it) from 247 to 172/ from 3x/2x to L/M from 18 to 9 and LOVING IT!!! LOVE my sleeve 1st pic the day of surgery The rest were taken earlier this week....

Ok... So I have lost a great deal of hair despite my best effects getting in 80g+ of protein, biotin, and vitamin daily... just wondering for those that did lose hair- When did you notice stubble from hair regrowth and /or did the hair grow back at all??? I'm getting by with clip in for now but want to know if my hair will began to grow back soon or at all... My hair loss began at about 4 months out and it's not slowing down... I understood this was a possibility, still happy with my progress just wondering if the hair grows back?????

YES I do Relax my hair. I just relaxed it right before new years ... prior to that it had been 3 months since a relaxer... I have lost half of my hair at this point and doing my best to try and make sure I don't lose anymore but still losing ... what can I say about the relaxer : ( a good bit came out when I relaxed it... and I don't relax BONE STRAIGHT. The sad part of it all is I have finally learned how to care for my hair and it was and still is very long and healthy looking for a African American woman I have 12" inches on my head before when it was FULL I would get tons of compliments on it ...people would ask or assume it was a weave... ONLY Relax it if it is absolutely necessary... I'm going to try another 3 month stretch in hopes that I will have new growth soon...

congrats hun ... there is progress in your pics ... I think you look good and the weight is coming off... i have nothing more to add.... my fellow sleeve have said it alll just wanted to tell you - you look great ... stay focused and try the lilmissdiva boot camp it worked for me i was stuck for awhile so i know how you feel ...

thanks I use the heat protection spray and love it ... but I hate the smell... but i works really well ... I'll give it a try ... Is anyone else using it and, is it working for you post-op ?????

I could see how you could say that... Especially since it is hard to take in fluids. Hope you get well soon...
