I am a little scared now. I have let stress and issues cloud what is the most important thing I need to do which is use the lapband as the great tool it is. After my last fill I started getting stuck in the mornings. Hot liquids help then I have a milkshake (protein). Sometimes a warm grits will go down but that is not a good healthy choice.
