hey! thanks for your message! I'm not sure about your process because my insurance doesn't have an exclusion. Per my insurance, I have to be bmi >40, 6months of dr visits, and medical clearance. I completed the 6months last Friday so right now I'm just waiting for approval right now. <> Is the extra surgery you are having hiatal hernia? I am doing that too! Woohoo.
