Most women and men spend ages thinking about getting the surgery and doing all the research. I honestly made up my mind in a weeks time. I have several friends and family memeber who have had great success with the surgery so I figured it was right for me. Dr. Bovards office was amazing, informative and quick. The surgery went perfect, it took me less than two weeks to feel normal and today I feel great. I go for my first fill on July 5th. My scars are almost invisible. I can feel my port easily and that can be odd at times but over all I feel really good. I started off at 251 and am now 235. I have not lost a lot but I figure its due to my body still healing and recalibrating sicne I didn't have surgery too long ago (June 10, 2011).
