I blogged about the whole Tiajuana thing under Gardendiva3's blogs. It's a 2-parter but it will help anyone going into "the zone". I feel great today (4 days post) and will take it easy at home this week - and start planning for next week's meal ideas. I decided since it is important to track how much protein and fluids I am getting that I would create an easy food diary in a little journal. It will help me see where the good loses occur.
