Hello, I am a 36 y/o mom of three. I had surgery on 4/7/11. My starting weight was 242 and I'm currently 227. My BMI is 43 and right now I have 4cc in a 10cc band. As far as exercise goes, I've been walking about 15 miles a week for the past few weeks. My weight loss has been very slow so far, or at least it seems that way to me. My doctor acts like he is pretty happy with my results so far. I am hoping the exercise will kick my weight loss up some. This is the first time I have ever posted on any type of a forum, but I like this site.
