Yes for sure walking does help. Those gas pains in the shoulder are a killer but eventualy they will go away. Good luck to you what ever you decide

I have 3 chihuahua's and as small as they are the only thing I had to keep them off my band site, even today they cannot sit where my pouch is cause it hurts. Not sure you really need to board the dog but your call of course

Wowee 100 lbs in 7 monts is awsome. good for you, well got another fill about a month ago, at 7cc's now and back on track down to 230 now. yeaaa -
Its all a personal choice, I have never had a problem with gummies and I wont buy from the drs office, has the same ingredients as store bought, just cheaper

I would do liquids till the night then eat something soft after that for a day. Worked for me untill this last fill, Now Im so restricted that I cant eat much of anything like Marfar7 I really fill it if I try to overeat. Do what you and your dr decide, but the tigher you get the less you will want to do that. -
I get centrium sliver chewales at walmart,then I get my fiber gummies and calcium chews at costco

I do drink it now, unfortunatly they didnt make it when I did my pre diet surgery. I will tell you another good one to try is the ones from costco. They come in cartons and 30 grams of protein in them and is cheaper than the insure's. They are about $25.00 for a case of 18 -

Heck ya, its really bad when I get really hungy, thats when I need to really watch myselft. I do have a tendacy to try to take bigger bites. I guess those life long habbits are just harder to break. But I think this last fill will do me for a while. Not sure I want anymore. As much problems as Im having now will wait for a while to even think of getting another fill. -

I used to at first, but its been 10 months now so it's getting eaiser. But I still tend to wait too long to eat and then have to remember not to eat fast take too big of a bite. . Still getting used to that process. -

OMG after 9 months I had my first episode of getting food stuck, I thought I would die. Was eating chicken and as soon as I swalloed I knew I was in trouble. Drinking made it worse. I tried to throw up but only saliva came up. I was done eating the rest of the night. I hope I didnt damage my band. Anyone else have this happen?

I wont lie it does pinch a little, my place gives me a shot of litocane first (fills like a bee sting) then when she does the fill you do fill pressure but its gone as soon as they are done. They will cover it with a bandade and your all done. good luck -

I was told not to take them off at all, let them fall off by themselves. Took about 5 days or so,cant really remember. I know its tempting but please dont pull them off
