I have never been able to stay on a diet - so my biggest concern is whether I'll be able to change the relationship I have with food - and really stick to a strict diet. Will this give me the will power to eat right???

I think so. I talked to a couple of friends at work who have had lapband. I didn't even know about vsg until I went to the dr. in May, then I knew it was for me. So the decision to move forward was quick. Since then, I have spent hrs viewing testimonials. In the past I have responded well to surgery, so hoping to experience an easy recovery. We are going on a cruise Aug 13th, so I better be well:)
