hopefully soon youll be able to!! its crazy that i fit that jacket. i think im smaller than i realize because i wouldve thought that i wouldve needed to lose a lot more to fit that jacket. i tried it on expecting it to be too tight & me saying to myself "well u knew it wouldnt fit" but i put it on 123 with no problem & sat there with big eyes just shocked! lol

of course. eventually, youll forget you even have a sleeve and you wont be conscience of the decisions you make. you just kinda make them since its a lifestyle change. like i automatically just dont drink soda & when i turn it down, i dont hesitate or think to myself "im sleeved, cant drink soda". i just say, "no thank you, i dont drink soda." because my brain is adapted to that change. so yes, thatll stop & youll be normal again lol

i just wanted to update you guys! i am now 8months & 11days post op & im down a total of 109lbs. went from 273lbs to 164lbs.

i know exactly what you mean! im 8 months & 11 days post op. i started at 273lbs. my mini goals went like this: 1st - 250lbs. 2nd - 235lbs. 3rd - 220lbs. 4th - 199lbs. 5th - 185lbs. 6th - 175lbs. 7th - 165lbs. 8th - 155lbs. 9th - 145lbs. 10th - 135lbs. today, i weigh 164lbs! im down 109lbs in total. i have 3 more mini goals to reach in order to meet my main goal.

being a sleeve patient, it isnt a good idea to take a water pill. you will become very dehydrated and would need constant water to stay hydrated. maybe 3-6x more than drs recommend to us.

i have to admit that it was killing me but you dont have to comment about it. some things are better left unsaid.

you dont need to wait til an attack to go to the ER. they will probably subside before u get there. just go & tell them you just had one & that you need an ultra sound to see if its your gall bladder. thats all. with the stent? i felt better immediately after they took it out. as far as swallowing with no pain, do you mean with the surgery? with the stent in or after stent was removed? either way, i dont remember how long to answrr lol.

i wish i could squeeze you right now! you have no idea how it makes me feel when people took the time to read my rants and actually feel for me. people who were closest to me didnt even give a KCUF about my pain and suffering and people who ive been there for never cared! but people ive never met care! it makes me teary eyed reading stuff like that. thank you for remembering me. its much appreciated.
