Thank you Linda! I have a lot of pain under my left rib aslo, I asked the PA about it in a phone call and she said that is where they put the port. I thought it was lower. I wonder if that will always bother me being under my rib. Seems like an odd place to put it. Why was their pain in your chest and shoulder??

I want to know how many people had to have hernia repair at the same time as the lap band and is the pain that much worse because of it. I was not expecting this much pain Its been 4 days and I feel like its been forever!!
