    I had my first adjustment this week. I am down 38lbs and feel great. Looking forward to the healthier future that is ahead!

    I havent been on in a while but I hope everyone is doing great. I am so excited to say I will be 6 weeks post op on Monday and I am down 30lbs.

    I am 7 days post op and today is the first day without the shoulder pain. I think it may also be gas. You do have to eat very slow (so much for hot foods anymore). lol Good luck!!!

    Glad you are feeling better. I am 5 days past surgery and have a stabbing pain in my left shoulder. Glad to know I was not alone. Good luck!
