Hi Marci, I got on this website this morning to look for recipes and Macon, Ga. caught my eye immediately. I know that Dr. Bagnato is now in Macon and I am delighted to hear he is doing your surgery. I am from Cuthbert, Ga (west of Albany) and Dr. Bagnato did my surgery on April 11, 2011. He and his staff are fantastic as you probably already know. The decision to have surgery was the best decision I have ever made as far as my health is concerned. I have lost 75 lbs so far and am off meds I had been taking for years. Please don't let others discourage you---they simply don't understand what battles you have to face dealing with your weight. I understand.....I have fought those same battles for years and years. I am 63 but I have more energy now than I can remember having 30 yrs ago. This will truly be a life changing event for you. Good luck and I will keep you in my prayers.
