Hello, Ive had surgery in March and next week have my 4th fill (this appointment is with Max Bowater this time) and I am a bit nervous actually. This last fill has been a bit awkward with regards to eating: I dont feel full by all means, but if I eat something I feel like its 'stuck' rather than filling me up quickly. I know I still have a lot to re-learn about eating but I thought by now I would have lost more weight (only 5 Kgs ) and that I would fill fuller for longer. Im a bit sad at my pittance of a weighloss so I wondered what is normal, and when I will really start to see results, without feeling so horrible if I eat? (i am looking forward to the full feeling, I dont like the 'stuck' feeling ) Any ideas?? thank you!
