HELP…I just joined. I need some support. I was banded about 3 years ago & lost weight and 1st then plateaued around 60 down. I joined a gym and hired a trainer and lost 25 more pounds. Being a single mom that was all to spending, so within less that a year 25 is back. So I began the journey again. I think I can, I think I can…. I feel like such a failure, I have so much more to go....
