I had a heart attack in my early 40's and being a single mom of an autistic child I wanted to be here as long as possible for my child.  At 1st after the banding I lost weight rapidly then it stopped after about fifty pounds, leaving much more to go.  BOO!  I joined a gym & hired a trainer I lost 25 more pounds.  Well gym membership and trainers aint cheap, so they are no more & I’m back up 25 pounds.  I'm trying to get back on the healthy track and need your help on my journey.  HELP!   =)
