Fustrated with lack of weight loss

I really feel like a failure now that I read how much everyone else has lost that had surgery 2 months after I did. I very rarely fall off the wagon, I am doing cardio 3 times a week, and just had my 4th fill 2 days ago and I have only lost 2 lbs. -
I am almost 3 months out and have not had any success yet. I would like to hopefully hear some inspiring stories that will give me hope.
