    How Different We Really Are

    I am 5'8 and started my journey at 303 wearing a size 42 pants and 3xl shirts, on my surgery date june 21, 2011 i was 273 wearing a size 40 pants and 2xl shirts. Now i am at 181lbs wear a size 34 pants prob could do a 32 but my 34s are comfy and i wear a size L shirt for the most part some size med depending on the shirt

    Bulking Up

    As i reach my final weight loss goal, i would like to start bulking up and add about 15-20lbs of lean muscle. I was wondering if anyones been successful adding muscle and what was your routine? Any suppliments u used? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  11. I am almost 5 months post op and before surgery i was never a sweets eater. I used to eat a lot of bread and meat. Lately i have been craving sweets and i have no idea why ive never really ate them. Anybody else expierence this?

    1.5 weeks out exercise

    Hello, I am about a week and a half out and have been walking at the gym for about an hr a day, today i walked 3.3 miles in an hr. I feel like i need to do more, like i want to hit the weights and run did anyone else get this feeling or have this feeling early out when they couldnt do much? Any suggestions?
  24. I am 26 and about a week and a half out, i feel great, i think being younger has def helped with healing faster, ive lost about 12lbs since leaving the hospital and am hopefull my weightloss will continue in the right direction.

    one week out

    Its been one week since I was sleeved on june 21. Im feeling pretty good, everyday is getting better. Im doing pretty good with everything ie: eating, water, vitamins the only thing im having a little trouble with is protien if i take a couple sips i get full, its been tough to get it all in. I eat about 2oz per meal at this point but that protien just fills me up
