the binder had all papers, doctors I visited, questions to ask my lapband dr and all the specialist that I saw. It is so important to ask questions along the way. Stay on Lapbandtalk and write it all down. I also attend my dr's group meetings every month and have a support group fromo family and friends that have had the procedure..Im here to help too!!! whatever you need! Good Luck and ttys
