Welcome sweetie! Glad to have you aboard! The thing about the sleeve is that it is alot like the band it just restricts the amount of food you can eat. It is very similar to the band as it is just a restriction tool for you tummy. I am sure you can find a wealth of info on this site. good luck to you. ;0)

Coffe dehydrates you so no coffee or anything with cafeeine in the beginning its sucks royally lol

I started my three day liquid diet and I was fine until this afternoon when I got a splittling headache I can't even have proteing shakes. I feel so weak and dizzy. Two more days of this not sure if I can do this. I know I have too, but this would be so much better without the headache. Feel so weak blah Any suggestions or just plain support would be so helpful thank in advance Not to mention its that time of the month uhh!

Hey everyone. I am a little bit worried about tommorow because I haven't had any solid food for three days! Just worried about the strength I am going to have during and after the surgery. If you all could send some prayers my way that would be great. I don't want to leave my kids behind.....Thank you all!

I too hate taking pain pills sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. We both will quit taking them when we aren't in pain lol. so where are you from my sleeve sister? -

"I am right there with you sweetie lol "Help I've fallen into my bed and I can't get up. That hosptial bed was nice to help you get up lol I am glad we made it together sending hugs to you Did you get your drain removed boy was that a doosy lol I thought it was never going to end the nurse just kept pulling and pulling out I though I had a snake in me lol Here is to a speedy recovery for both of us. I know how it feels I wanted to jump out of that hospital bed and say screw the surgery lol it took them so long to get me in. lol hope you have a speedy recovery.

I also had some problems they couldn't get the iv in or any blood out of me I went through two nurses still popped my veins I look like I got into a girl fight lol and lost. After surgery I couldn't breathe either and my blood pressure was through the roof and almost had to have oxygen sent home with me. Now I am at home recoporating. Sending hugs your way

thanks guys for all of your wonderful support! I truely believe I wouldn't been able to do it with out you! I am home having alot of gas pain and incision site pain. Just trying to drink water to keep me hydrated. I made it to the other side! -
