Me too! :)What time is your surgery just curious if we are at the same time?

I feel your pain. I have four boys of my own and three step children. Two of those children have already lost their biological father he passed away . I went today to the hospital for per op blood work and almost backed out I was so scared. I am also going to school I start back on the 11th and will have to miss class for surgery lol. I hope to be back at school the following week so I don't fall behind. I totally feel your pain. Mabye we can overcome our fears together?

I got a call this morning from the hospital that my surgury is scheduled for July 26. I had no idea that it was going to happen so fast. My feelings immediately went from excitement to fear. I guess that is normal. The first task is trying to find babysitters for all my children. I have seven of them lol. I have four of my own and three step children that I take care of full time. I have a wonderful supportive husband, but his ex is not that helpful at all. This is all so sureal. I am very excited to start my journey. I have to go in for bloodwork tommorow and an akg. I have a pre-op apointment july 14th. I can't believe this is happening still kind of shocked. Is there anyone who has the same date as me? Would love to have some sisters I am so happy right now.

Sweetie I am glad you are here this site is a wealth of information and wonderful support . The sleeve is hard to get used to in the beginning but after a few weeks and months the body slowly goes back to normal. It is a great tool for weightloss and it helps other health problems. I would go through this site and get educated as much as you can. We are glad you are here and welcome. Keep us postest of your progress...

Congrats sweetie. I think your goal weight should be whatever weight that you feel fits you and looks best on you. I think you will know when you get there.

i know what you mean I am nervous and wish too the surgery part would just be over lol and yes it is going to be amazing to be rid of my addiction to food. Good luck to you sweetie

Yeah a fellow firecracker make sure to visit the july master list to be added to the list of all the people who are getting sleeved in july. How exciting we are both getting sleeved the same day!
