I have actually been enjoying the pre-op diet. Its do-able. I notice that when I feel like I need to eat that it's head hunger. If I concentrate on that for a minute it goes away. I've been averaging 1200 calories a day, i'm drinking my 64 oz of water, taking my vitamins. I have eliminated gum, straws, pasta/rice, peanut butter, drinking with meals and snacking. I'm really excited for this journey
