I had the lap band surgery 3 years ago and was fairly successful at first.  Then I went through several bouts of depression each time gaining a little of the weight back, until I had gained it all back.  Now I am 20 lbs heavier than the day of surgery, my heaviest ever.  Gaining weight back and going back to all the unhealthy habits has pretty much added to the depression, until now.  I have finally found medicine to effectively manage my depression, and am working to get back on track with my eating habits and exercise.  I go for my first fill in over a year next week.  I'm excited!
