it has been a couple of fast years, i'm a busy mom and full time pharmacist and wife to pilot who is gone 4/7ths of the week or so, so it hasn't been the swiftest journey, but I knock down the obstacles one at a time and currently started couch to 5k, which is a miracle because i used to mock summer runners, but its not as hot out at 6:30am so I do it successfully except for a hill or two but like i said its a journey
