    hey lisa...it was a diet that i made up all by myself...i call it the sugar junkie diet... i went to rehab when i was 15 and i met a girl who did crank (crystal meth or bathtub crank made out of ephedrin) to control her weight. it is very hard to kick and it is a huge problem here in TN.

    mine was while on phen phen i was in college at night and worked full time during the day.. 5 days a week this was my meals breakfast- none lunch- 1 can wild mushroom Soup dinner- 3 subway chocolate chip Cookies 1 super large rootbeer. i lost 100 lbs in 5 months i gained it back in ohhhh about the same- 5 months after they recalled it...

    NEW DAY BETTER CHOICES!!! breakfast: 1 medium orange...62 cal 1 wasa oat cracker.....60 cal 1 tablespoon natural Peanut Butter....100 cal CALORIES: 216 snack dired plums aka PRUNES 120 handful of peanuts lunch.... new york strip the size of a deck of cards i guess 4 oz...275 calotres 1/2 cup lentils...175 cal 1 wasa oat cracker.....60 cal 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter....200 cal dinner.... new york strip the size of a deck of cards i guess 4 oz...275 calotres 1/2 cup lentils...175 cal snack....popscicle...no sugar added 25 calories... calories for the day....1560 i'll update to how i stick to it. its 12:45 here and i have already eaten everything all i have left is dinner. i may have another snack in there somewhere

    dinner sat: baked turkey meat sunday: breakfast: chili, cheese, ranch dressing snack: 5 pieces sf chocolate lunch: turkey and cheese low carb wrap, with real mayo snack: jack in the box, 1 small chicken sandwich with tomatoe and mayo, 3 jalapeno poppers, 1 egg roll yes then i proceeded to dinner dinner: new york strip steak, 1 piece of toast with Peanut Butter, 2 handfuls of popcorn light, 2 dosido girl scout Cookies

    hey buttercup! i live in springfield and have lost 130+ its totally normal to gain a few back after your surgery. the restriction a fill gives you is essential to losing with the band! good luck and dont be bashful ask any questions you have! michelle

    pat ROFL...i do get hungry...i need more fill and as for discipline i did HORRABLE today... well dinner last night: grilled chicken salad blue cheese dressing TODAY: breakfast: turkey and cheese wrap...with mayo snack: 1 ENTIRE box of tagalongs...girls scout Cookies 1100 calories i ate the cookies not 15 minutes after my wrap...and i hadnt drank a sip OF ANYTHING!!! michelle update: i am a sicko...i started on box #2 i ate 1/2 and put LOTION on the rest and threw them away...
  13. no not holding out i just didnt know if ya'll would want to read about it... i turned in my 3 week notice yesterday so my last day of work will be 3-11 and i will be off for 3 weeks till calvin comes to get me...then me, calvin and my three dogs will be moving me across country!!!! he has a dog too, dakota and he is just as great as my pups...i DID have to promise him no more dogs!!!! i plan on shackin up with calvin so we will be like the brady bunch but with dogs! michelle
  14. when i moved out with steve i moved home with my parents...they have 2 dogs..1 is an alaskan malmute VERY territorial dog and its just not good to have two male dogs like that together...(not my house so i say whatever makes my parents happy) sooooo every night i make them some rice with hog jowl and mix it with their dog food and take it out to them....then i sit and make sure lucy gets enough to eat (she gets sidetracked with playing) and then i get up under the tarp and pet and love them then i call calvin and sit out there while i am talking to him so they have my company...usually an hour and a half a night...sometimes more! i live a high profile dont i!!!!! its get right cold down here and i have weighed myself AFTER i put on all my layers (1 pair long johns, 2 pair jogging pants, 1 pair corderouys, 1 pair jeans, 2 thermal tops, 1 sweatshirt, 1 fleece, 1 coat, 2 gloves, 1 hat, 1 ear muffs) and my gettup weighs 15 LBS!!!! thats is only if its below 30 degrees though...i LITERALLY look like the little boy from a christmas story who 'cant put his arms down'!!!!! i should take a picture of that someday.... they will be getting to come inside again soon because on 4-1-05 i am moving to wasghington state! and yes i am in the country! i love it!!!! well not this week my moms dog...nettie mae belle...got into it with a skunk and the skunk got the best of her (sprayed her) soooo it has been a lil stinky lately!!!!

    well i never got married but i lived with a guy for 5 years and our relationship ended a year after WLS...we had lots of other problems...it would have happened regardless... they say if you have a strong relationship from the begining you should be fine if there were problems to begin with to seek counseling or there could be trouble. good luck!!! and the pic is SOOOOO cute!!!
  16. i love my doggies...the used to live in the house and get spoiled with me now they have a ghetto housing development...they have a 20' tarp over the top of the corner of the fence...tarps along the side to block the wind and their doghouses are under the tarp also...and the area under their is loaded with hay....SOON they will have a home again!!! bear (the brown one) has been my dog for 6 years...i love him sooo much! star(the big black one) i have had for 5 years and lucy (little one) was a stray that i fell in love with...she is the silliest dog...i have had her ALMOST a year!

  19. almost any site that you join as a message board this will happen with. obesity help's website is the same way...i am 'southern bandgirl' on their site and if you type that in it pulls up posts...i have 'some dark hollow' TN as my city and state... if you come up with a screen name no one will ever associate with you then you are safe. michelle

    the only thing that can really be done is to use a screen name or nickname...mine for instance is shellyj...my real name is michelle and my last name is info i chose not to divulge. someone would have to know the nickname given to me by co-workers at my old job and know that thats the screename i chose. you probably shouldnt be using your real name anyway...there could be a weirdo bandstalker somewhere just waiting in the lurches... michelle wouldntyouliketoknow (lol)

    Diet Cokes?

    *my* dr says they are ok...other say NO COKES DIET OR NOT!! i find that i can only drink them when i dont have restriction. if i have restriction it just causes pain and i am not a fan of pain...the soda sits in your pouch and bubbles (expands) and thats what hurts me. i dont ever really desire them anymore...
