I am 12 weeks post-op today and I am not losing! I can't eat that much food, I exercise 3-4 times a week, I TRY to drink 64 oz of water. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have lost only 26lbs since my surgery(46 total sice pre-op diet). Maybe I am expecting too much too soon. I don't want to feel that I wasted my money (self pay), and I know that it just takes time, but I just feel discouraged! Maybe I am eating the wrong foods....What are the right foods??? Any encouragement or advice would be aprreciated!:help: :think
