    So im trying to do research and figure out whats the correct surgery for me to do.So I basically find it so hard to loose weight and when I do it takes me awhile to do, then I allways gain it back.I am looking into Dr. Aceves in Mexicali, since I dont have insurance.Tryingto save up.
