I would suggest that if you don't follow the rules, you should choose healthier foods then KFC like lean meats and vegetables. Good luck

Hello Jay, I was banded at l'Hotel Dieu de Montreal on June 15th 2011 and I also feel that there aren't enough support groups. I think you have a great idea and keep me in touch. There is also a great application for the iphone or ipod called loseit and it is free on itunes. It counts the calories that you take in and the exercises you do in a day. It's really good. lean 911 Banded 06/15/2011 starting weight / current / goal 262 / 223 / 135

I had my operation yesterday and I'm feeling OK. Not to sure about what to eat. Have to do 3 weeks of a liquid only diet and then 3 weeks of a puree diet.
