HAHAHAHAHA! I looked down on the toilet this morning and saw a mole on my thigh I haven't been able to see without lifting my belly in years!

I have to get back on track my mind has been so messed up since dec all the deaths in my family have me feeling some type of way...I will get back on track today

i have never been this nauseous in my life. 9/10, i can't breathe without dry heaving

Nause nearly gone, now a posible blood clot in my arm. Nearest ER opens in an hour,the one that's already open would take an hour to get there

I got through the Holidays practically unscathed. I am back on track and starting to walk again. I hope to be one of the underland members soon.

Had a hard time through the holidays. Old habits never die... I know food is still an addiction for me and I am working hard to beat the demon!!! Back on track and losing again.

I found th 10 day pre-op diet easier than the 5 day pouch test... weird!

Eighteen more days! Started my pre-op diet so I can ease into it instead of cold turkey!

Waiting for phone to ring with surgery date. Should I go out and eat at all my favorite places as a last hooray or begin cutting back?

hello everyone i have 5 appointments this month with all the staff at the bariatics center i see the surgen for the first time on the 11th i hope my surgery wont be to many months away

Down 111 lbs... I'm over halfway to my goal!

My new goal is to maintain my weight. That one's harder because the rewards are less immediate.

Woke up weighing 229. Only 4 more until my doctors goal.

Walked a LOT on vacation, but didn't eat quite as well as I should have. It evened out, I came home the same weight i was when I left. I'll take it.

Approaching my six month post-op. Finding myself grazing a lot more lately and it's making me nervous! I'm trying to get myself back to neutral again.
