Hello everyone it's been awhile since I been on here see a lot of new faces.. well just wanted to let everyone know I'm still healthy it's been 4 yrs now I continue to watch what I eat to stay healthy.. congrats to everyone that has reach there goal..

so tired of dealing with adults who act like children.

I currently weigh more than most people starting weights, and yet I feel so awesome! This is why I don't compare myself to others. What's good for you is not always good for others.

Ok so my 6 week check up was suppose to be in the 31st and they changed it to June 7th (tomorrow) THEN they just called and rescheduled it to July 7th.....????? Isn't the 6 week check up important?

Surgery date is June 13, 2016 and I am soo excited.

once again I seem to be unfathomably happy again today. given the struggle with mild depression since my surgery it is refreshing, if annoying. I mean, come on. it's Monday for crying out loud. :-P I did push a little harder on my workouts this weekend, so maybe it's just residual effects of that. whatever, I hope everyone enjoys it while it lasts.

June 6th--five years since my sleeve surgery---five years since John's suicide. So many memories--too many.

2 months post-op and im feeling AMAZING!

Suppose I hit the 3 week stall. Scale hasn't moved in about a week and a half and I'm starting to think it never will again...

Bought my first bathing suit ever. What a difference a sleeve and a year make!

I'm just waiting to get flamed...

I'm back... had my band out in May of 2014 due to intolerance. I was miserable. Gained all of my weight back plus 10 lbs for good measure. Consult with my surgeon on June 9th to talk about getting sleeved.. .

I'm checked in at pre-opp... the journey begins

I officially weight less than my husband. Only by 1 lb, but I'll take it!!!!

Well I have been pretty lucky everything I eat agrees with me till yesterday ....had blueberries ...they were good...then 10 mins later or so I thought I was going to die....I didn't throw up but stomach pain was ouff....spent the day in bed and last night by 7 pm I was ok again....no more blueberries for me.

Today is my 3 month anniversary, how I imagined this moment before my surgery! 49 Lbs and counting

Determined to weigh in Monday with a loss on the scale!

I've been a "slow" loser lately and that was getting me discouraged...but slow and steady wins the race right? I've lost 108lbs and I've got 22lbs to go. It's doable!
