Three weeks post and 14.6lbs lighter! I am only weighing once a week to have something to look forward to! Doing well on the mushies no nausea or anything (knock on wood) Losing between 4-5lbs a week of permenant weight loss is great. I am in this for the long haul so however long it takes, as long as it stays off..that's fine with me. This is a very humbling experience and I am blessed to be able to take this journey. All the best to everyone walking this road!
