    Hi all, I am 15 months post op and I have stopped losing weight. I am eating about 300grams for Breakfast and 400 grams for lunch and dinner. I am eating maybe a bit carb heavy. I don't get discomfort. 400grams is about 14ounses. Do people still weigh their food, I do? Thanks, hope everyone is feelin great.
