Hi. This is Barbara and I am starting my VSG journey. Well actually, I started my journey May 31, 2011. I have selected my surgeon (Dr. Williams Knoxville, TN) and begun the pre-op diet. My heaviest weight was 324 and as of today I am 287. It has been a long time since I have been under 300. Already feeling better. I am committed to this new lifestyle and hope to have my surgery in October 2011. Any hints, pointers, inspirations are greatly appreciated.
