    Pre Surgery Anemia

great job on the 31 pounds lost so far, that will help. It is hard pre-op to lose that much, I know how hard you have to be working. You are ready for your sleeve and I don't think the anemia will slow you down. Keep us posted on what the surgeon says. All info is helpful.

    Pre Surgery Anemia

Shell, did they give you iron pills to take pre-op??? during lapascopic surgery you have minimial blood loss but you should ask your surgeon or their office staff. You could also call your PCP, please call someone for proper instruction. I would start taking iron pills, you should already be on multi-vitamins. Keep us posted as to your progress and so glad you have a date for surgery!!!!!

No support from boyfriend and family

Have you talked plainly to your beloved about your feelings and letting him know you are doing this for your health and to feell better??? My beloved was semi-supportive and scared he may lose me. I do everything I can to reassure him my "outside shell" is changing, not the "inside soul" of me!!! I love him with all I am and try to make sure he knows that daily. He has since been very supported and encouraging. Talk to him and make sure he knows how much you love and need him more than ever to be there for you thorough your journey. Keep us posted on your journey.

10 months out, 100 lbs down, with pics!

WOW YOU LOOK FANTASTIC. Great job using your sleeve and thank you for the great tips you gave. I am saving them. Continue success!!!!!
  22. You stated you upped your fat did you try upping your protein??? with all that water or you watching or eliminating your salt??? I would say you need to keep doing what you know is right and stop watching the scales. I have heard so often on this site, throw the scales away or weight only once a week or one every two. Don't be down, you have accomplished alot and you will continue to do so. make sure you are journaling everything you eat and drink. Keep us posted and good luck.
  23. SmokyMtnGal2011

    I have to be honest....

Why do doctors do that?????? I would say try to walk or some type of exercise that will help burn those calories and move that silly scale. If you are following his insturctions you should be find. You are so close don't back up now, you can do it!!!! best wishes and keep us posted
