Enjoy your health. Most of us have no problems. Most people post on forums to write about a problem. The ones who are fine do not.

Papa Jack replied to ibsly271's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Remember guys eyes are attached to there little head. You women know this. So you can go from just one of the guys, to being attractive to us very easy. Why do women spend so much time getting dressed up to go outside? How did Playboy get famous? The articles? So when you change the package wrapping, the guys will notice. Just stating a fact of life. -

Not sure that this was the right thing to do?
Papa Jack replied to Mera's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I can't get over what you wrote. I have thought about it all night. You are getting healthy now & it was caused by being fat. Food is our drug. Without the Sleeve we would still be miserble or dead. I understand thinking you can't socialized over food. You just have to find whats works for you. I wish you the best and hope you enjoy your new life. -
WW makes money selling there product. They know people lose weight but do not keep it off. They have known this for over 20 years. There people will keep coming back. It's a business. It is not fair to the people that are dieting the old way to see how successful you are. They are going to be resentful and think you cheated. You have to ask yourself why you are going there? I think telling people about the sleeve is very important, but unless you are invited to talk about it it could be bad manners.

Info about "The Stall" when losing weight

3 weeks out & my mind is STILL playing tricks on me
Papa Jack replied to HappyFace's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Your throat feels smaller because you are drinking or eating to fast. It's backing up. Hope you are on soft food not regular food. That's not for a month out at least. Measure your food. Your mind thinks you can still eat large portions. I went through it too. It's normal. Read how you are suppose to eat. Write down & measure your food. Eat & drink slow. Plus don't pay attention to your mind. When you are full stop. Your stomach is maybe 2 oz right now. I used a empty 3oz baby food plastic container to measure my food. Good luck Article about the stall that's coming. http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html -
Why waist your money on WW? You are sleeved. You will lose weight. As for will power? There is no such thing. You could not keep the weight off because your body thought you were suppose to be fat. You were fighting your body. With the sleeve it resets the switch in your brain. This is why it works.
