    well i had mine done may2 20011 so iam going on 10 months and went in as of 217 now i am at 176 not to happy

    hello islandbutterfly very well said i watch my food that i eat i am limited to excercise i have a bad leg, had cancer 20 yrs ago but you are so right we have to watch what we eat and do some excerise i have not lost alot but i am on a stand still feel very good and happy i did the pilcation may 2 -11

    well i had mine plication done may 2 2011 went in at 217 and now i am at 180 6 months later that not good at all not to happy i feel i have lost more inches from a 18 i wear a 14

    well i had the pilcation may 2 went in at 217 right now i am at 198 i am not to happy i feel iike i am loosing inches i have a bad leg so i cant excersie much but i do walk i am 66 yrs old help
