  2. Happy 50th Birthday Healthy4Ever!

  3. Hi!!! I know it's a little far for you from Missouri City, but a few of us from the Clear Lake area are trying to get together next weekend to meet and chat....I'd love to keep you in the loop if you'd like!!

  4. Hi there! Looking for walking buddies in Missouri City, Sugarland, Frenso or Stafford Texas. If you enjoy walking I would love to form a walking group. I would like to walk during the week in the evenings and/or Saturday mornings.
  5. Congratulations on your upcoming banding! Get as much rest and walk a little everday it helps with the gas pains. Also try to stay ahead of the pain by taking your medication a head of time. Enjoye your surgery and just follow the doctor's instructions and you will do fine. Wishing you the best!

Kittyforet, I will be using Dr. Reilly too; I don't have a surgery date yet but it will be in July. Nor do I have a pre-op appt; expecting that to occur in July as well. Did you already have your surgery? I'm going through TruResults. Please keep me updated on your progress; wishing you the best. Healthy4Ever
  9. Shauna I think the charm braclet is a great idea for goal setting. NomersCat I too am a soda drinker; I started increasing my Water intake some months ago. I make it a habit to start my morning off with 50 ozs of bottled water. I drink on that all day at work and sometimes even refill while still at work. My focus is on the water. I have not completely stopped drinking soda but I am definitely not drinking as much. I am not too concerned about eliminating it totally with doing it this way. I'm taking it a little at a time.
