Hello! My name is Neese; I am 23 and a part time teller while going to school for a degree in American Studies. I was recently married in May of 2010, to Sean, who has been my unwavering biggest fan since 2004.

Initially I wanted to do the lap-band, as it seemed less invasive, but after researching it seemed that the cons outweighed the pros. After speaking with my Mom, and a friend who just had the sleeve, I realized the sleeve was for me. I made the decision to go through with the sleeve after talking to, said friend, who had the surgery and it changed her life dramatically.

I want to be healthy for myself, my husband, and for the children I intend to have in 2 years time. This site has helped answer a lot of my questions so far and ease a lot of my concerns. Here's to fingers crossed for an amazing journey!!

Hey it is me again, I wrote that in May of 2011, now it is March of 2012. I had the Sleeve Gastrectomy done January 21, 2012 and I could not be happier. I have had a few emotional fits the first few weeks (didn't we all?) but I am doing wonderfully. If you have any questions and you think I can help don't hesitate to ask!
