Continued---I called my insurance co. myself and found out that I was approved. Im sure I annoy the crap out of my medical coordinator, but staying on top of her has been the only thing that seems to speed up this process. I have the 'tentative' date of Nov. 3, but I was told that cant be confirmed as a firm date until about 2 weeks prior. Ughh! Hope this process goes much smoother for you
