thanks for the kind words and the support; it means a lot coming from someone who is going through the same things. i found out today that I have one more appointment with dr. hoehn, two days before surgery and a pre-op appointment at the hospital in a week. i have to do a 10 hour fast before that appointment; nothing but water for 10 hours before it. luckily, i got an appointment at 7:30 in the morning. they're going to do an EKG, chest xray, some lab work and then go through what is going to happen the day of surgery. that's the news for today; I'll keep you posted!
