so far so good! I am a self pay , so the only thing I am waiting for is July 11th to board my plane! Scheduled bright and early on July 12th (in Mexico) I was going to go through insurance but they do not cover the sleeve. Don't worry about the psych eval-- most likely you will talk a VERY LONG quiz (very redundant, and easy to pass if you are sane, lol!) and youll talk 1 on 1 with the psych.
