Hi all. I did not know that this even existed. I found it by accident while trying to find recipes or suggestions on what is easy and satisfying to eat. My husband and I had the band done Dec 2005 and we have lost collectively 170lbs. We are doing ok and trying to get our tightenings correct where we are consistently losing. Finding something to eat and drink are difficult. I feel good about finding this type of site.:clap2:
