My name is Cindy, I'm in FMO accounts payable. I have been on here for a couple of months but just reading and researching. I am seeing Dr Parrent. I think i finished up all of the requirments and I am waiting on them to let me know they have received all of the paperwork so I can schedule an appointment to submit everything to insurance.
