Thank you for welcoming me. My surgery is around the corner. Scheduled for June 22nd. I'm currently on the Optifast liquid diet per my surgeon's request. This is a challenge within itself. Yesterday was the first day of the diet and I was beyond irritable!! I guess that's me detoxing....the 2nd day has been a lot better. I hope I have the strength to make it to day 14 on this stuff.
