How can you take a Zantac those are big pills??? Do you chew it??? I spoke to the pharmacist and she advise me not to chew them, so the only thing is taking Tums.....

I am 2 weeks post-op and I really would like to go in the spa...My incisions are glued...I heard something about taking a bath at 10days post-op, so I should be ok to go in the spa too, right????? Help....

Just wondering what would be the best fiber brand to take??? I also heard that fiber will keep you full longer, is that true??? Should I take it before I eat or after????? I got my 1st fill 1.4 cc 2wks ago, and I do not fell it..I am hungry and can eat a lot...I have gained 4 lbs, and I don't want to keep gaining.....:help: Any advise would help..... Thanks.....

Hi, I had my surgery the 2nd of Feb, tomorrow I am going for my fill....But today I felt really tight and I was eating chicken meatballs, I ate fast and felt 1 bite get stuck.... I didn't PB or slime but it hurt a little, felt like drink water but I didn't...It felt uncomfortable for may 2min, but it felt forever... My problem is that I am a little nervous about getting my 1st fill tomorrow, would that cause me to fell more tight??? Also the last week I have been able to eat a lot more, this week-end I ate 3 slices of pizza could have ate the 4th one but stopped my self....I have been feeling I could eat a lot more, but then this happen today... So now I don't know if I should go and get a fill...What do you guy's think????? I am on the lower BMI and was told that I would not have that much restriction till I get my 1st fill.... :help: Thanks

Hi Mindy, I was so hungry too...On day 4, I had yogurt and that really helped...I was told my band is very loose and that must be why I can drink more, I guess...I drink a lot of water and that hepls me feel full too.. Try the Carnation, that will help too....I was told I could add that on day 4 too... That was my evening treat....My BMI was at 30 when Ii had surgery..As of today being 10 days post op I have lost 11 lbs....Yeah.... We just have to keep thinking it's only going to get better... How do you like your scars????Mine are super small, I am very happy with the outcome....

I just arrived at the lucerna hotel in mexico...I looked at the cost for broth and almost had a heart attack...the price is $50.00...wow what to do???I am just not going to spend that on broth ....what did you guys do that stayed at the lucerna hotel???I am afraid to ask what water cost...a soda is don't have that kind of money to throw around....pls help.....

What can I take of Vitamins that would help me beat this cold???? HELP...
