Hello all,
I am a newby.  My story is like most here I have struggled with weight as long as I could remember.   I grew tired of being fat and unhappy with my tight clothing and the threat of some terrible health issue luming over me......I was scared and I think in some way desperate.  I made the choice in 2007 to make a change in my life no matter how extreme no more yo yo dieting for me, as you all know it is worse than just being fat.  I am three years post op from my gastric bypass sugery, which by the way went very well(thank you Dr. Andrew Averbach).  I was 289 before my surgery date and lost 110 pounds YEAH ME!  Currently I am scheduled for a Circumferential body lift in August, I am very nervous about it.  Any post ops out there with great advice????????
