My name is Lori. I was banded on June 1st 2011. My surgery was performed by Dr. Pedro Kuri at the Hospital Angeles in Tijuana Mexico. The reason I decided to do the surgery is because I've been a lifelong dieter. I am tired of the roller coaster. I want to lose the weight keep it off and not be focused on it anymore. I have 2 diabetic parents, so my risk is very high. I want to nip it in the bud now.
